Best of Edo Awards is an annual accolade presented by Walkfront African Network recognizing outstanding achievements in Leadership, Business, Entertainment, Legal, Entrepreneurship, Transport, Sport, Hospitality, Arts and culture, Media, Academia, Health others.

The inaugural Best of Edo Awards ceremony was held at the prestigious Metro hall, ugbor road, GRA, Benin City, Edo State in Nigeria on the 31st of May, 2018 with over 200 persons in attendance cut across all works of life. 15 awards was presented to award recipients at the maiden editon.

BOEA is a recognition and celebration of all the best in the Edo – its People, Art and Culture, Corporations/Institutions and even its history and geography. Edo are a great people and a great nation and BOEA (Best of Edo Award) is a celebration of the best of this great people. We are proudly the Best, a celebration of the best, showing the Light; Leading the Way.

The Best of Edo Award honour is a recognition of commitment to a higher duty and responsibility which recognizes past accomplishments, potential to do more and partnership for sustainable development.
